About the program

Lift Like a Girl is a 6-week training session that has been designed for women only.  With a maximum of 6 people, this small group format allows for individualized attention as you learn to master the basic movement patterns and lifts.  Focusing on elements such as exercise selection, weight selection, and learning proper form, this 6-week session will help you feel strong, and empowered and move better through daily life.
