With this unique take on wellness, our facility is a fully-equipped training studio that also offers float therapy, mindfulness and meditation practices, nutritional counselling, and an atmosphere of support and acceptance.

We provide a wholesome approach to training that is both comprehensive and progressive in nature. Each group consists of a maximum of 8 athletes to offer variations and customization, with each phase building upon the next.
Please note that programs are created to the specific needs of the athletes, coaches and sport.
