This total body workout is a combination of cardio, strength, and stretch. Strengthen and tone using body weight and resistance equipment, while cardio is weaved throughout the program before taking it down to the floor for core work. Each move is fueled by the music, working a new muscle with every song. Finish with a well-deserved stretch for recovery. All fitness levels are welcome.
