Making time for Stretch and Strength class will help relieve stress, and back and shoulder pain and improve your posture, stamina and general health and mood. After a short warm-up, this relaxing class uses dynamic and static stretches along with bodyweight strength exercises to lengthen tight muscles and strengthen the weak ones. Using your own body, aided by simple equipment greatly improves flexibility, range of motion and joint stability. You will leave feeling lighter, taller and invigorated.
